Since project inception in 1996, Baseline has provided survey, land planning design, civil engineering and construction management for the 6.8 acre development of Sunnyside Heights. An urban shoreline site with near 180 degree views of South Puget Sound, BASELINE's management of this project included successfully resolving steep slope constraints and a mosaic of wetland and stream impacts. The result was a terraced and stepped development where 11 homesites were created with views similar to those at the award winning Chambers Bay Golf Course just to the north.
