Civil Designer and Project Manager for a multi-million dollar multi-housing and commercial building development. The project required over 22,000 cubic yards of grading and walls as high as 10' around the perimeter of the property. BASELINE introduced and designed the first private underground City of Tacoma installation detention facility using the Storm Tech Chamber system.  Construction was completed in 2007.
