BASELINE provided project management and civil design for a multi-million dollar land development of 41 lots. The project required over 10,000 cubic yards of grading and successfully was granted a variance to have a looped road instead of a cul-de-sac. BASELINE designed the detention vault with a capacity of over 250,000 gallons. Introduced and designed the first private road with rolled curb. Currently under construction (early 2008), BASELINE is also providing the necessary construction staking survey services.
