 
A 19 Lot PDD (Planned Development District) Plat with infiltration galleries in open space, a public road and cul-de-sac. Designed an efficient and cost effective storm drainage infiltration system that allowed the Open Space Tract to have dual use and serve as a Storm Drainage Tract. Designed new water technologies storm filters for the water quality facilty and limited the right-of-way width to 49' in order to maximize the number of developable units. The site is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by the end of Summer 2008.
